Starting with recruiting a COO, we successfully built the entire team, including Sales/BD, Product, Compliance, and Marketing roles. Having secured Series B funding, this cutting-edge gene therapy company that developed treatments for rare genetic diseases, aimed to scale its R&D, clinical trial, and commercialisation efforts over the next three years.

Eco Packaging
